Favourite Apps

The bare essentials for me on any computer:

ClearContext
An addon to Outlook for easier organization and a pile of other awesome features.

Dropbox
This awesome folder syncing (with also web access), is something I could no longer live without. Has a good android app and one for ipad too.

Evernote
 An awesome note taking application, syncs between computers and has web access. Also has great android and ipad apps and easy sharing of notebooks with friends.

Google Chrome
 Firefox used to be my browser of choice, but recently with improved built in sync in chrome and the awesome speed and stability, I’ve switched over. Let’s see what FF4 brings.

Input Director
 Do you have a workstation + laptop / several combinations of these? If you’re using windows on them, this is a must to skip skipping between different mice and keyboards. For Linux / Mac use synergy.

Keepass
 The best personal password organizer that I’ve found. Also available on android and sync works awesomely even to there through dropbox.

Microsoft Office
 Can’t live without this pile of solutions.

Royal TS
 Hands down the handiest RDP connection manager out there.

Skype
 I use this more than a phone nowadays. Though, I do it mostly in text chat mode. This is absolutely the best IM around in my opinion. Can’t complain about the voice / video chat either.

Spotify

Provides for almost all my music needs. Pay montly for the premium subscription so I can also get the music on my mobile.

TVersity Pro
 Awesome DLNA media sharing to my PS3.
